Near Montrose, CO

Got lucky with these pictures...I took them with my head hanging out the back window of the car.

 These beautiful mountains are to the south of Montrose, Colorado. They were taken as we were heading north on highway 550 into Montrose.

 The mountains are part of the Uncompahgre mountain range.

Taken in early October of 2008.

Just a point and shoot Canon Powershot camera.

 I love Colorado.
